Death in Addis Abeba

The prominent Ethiopian singer, songwriter and activist, 34, was known for political songs that provided support for the ethnic Oromo group’s fight against repression. He was shot dead in the capital, Addis Ababa, on June 29, 2020. R:I:P Hachalu Hundessa!
